Why can't I sign into my account?

There are few reasons you are not able to log into your account.

1. Your username and/or password is incorrect. Retrieve here.

2. You do not have an account. Register an account.

3. Your browser is caching old copies of the web pages. To solve this, after you have log in using your username and password, press 'F5' or click 'Refresh' button on your browser a few times.

4. Your browser is not accepting cookies.

How do I add/join new trade networks?

To join new trade networks, simply log into your account, and My Trade Networks.

Alternatively, you can also go to the trade networks you wish to participate. Click onto the 'Join This Trade Network' link.

To buy products, register an account first. You will then be able to contact sellers and source for quotations. Refer to our Buyer Guide.

Are the companies listed all genuine?

All members in Exporters.SG are hand reviewed by our editors to ensure their information provided are complete. In addition, we provide Member Authentication and Verification service. You can refer to the Trust Profile to help you better evaluate each member. However, you will have to be careful when dealing with any companies. See our Safe Trading Center for more information.

How does posting Buying Leads work?

Posting Buying Leads help buyers source for products quotations from all relevant suppliers within the shortest time. Once you have submit a buying lead, our editors will review it. Once approved, it will be forwarded to all relevant suppliers. These suppliers will then submit their quotations, and you will be informed once quotations are submitted. You may then compare and decide which suppliers you wish to contact.

Why do I have to sign into my account again after some time?

As an added security, you will be automatically logged off if you stay 'inactive' in Exporters.SG for about 20 mins. When we say 'inactive', it means not accessing Exporters.SG. This is required so that no one can use your account if you leave your computer unattended.

Beware of scam emails requesting for your information and password. Exporters.SG will not send email requesting such information. Contact us should you receive such emails.

Remember email in your computer

To save your time typing your email every time you log into Exporters.SG, we can help to remember your email. In order to remember your email, we need to save a small file called "cookie" in your computer. It contains only your email address. This way, it helps us to know you when you logs in.

To enable this, simple tick the checkbox at Sign In to remember your email.

Important:
We do not recommend this if you are using a public or shared computer. This could allow other users to know the email used to sign into your Exporters.SG account.

Why am I not receiving email alerts on trade leads newsletters in my mailbox?

The amount of time it takes to receive these emails depends on the traffic of the messages queue. However, if you have not receive them over 24 hours, check these:

  • Check that your email spam/bulk filter
    Make sure that emails from Exporters.SG are excluded from your filter.

  • Check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
    Make sure that your ISP excluded emails from Exporters.SG from its block list.

  • Check that your email address is valid
    You can change it by logging into your account.

Why cant' I use Chat?
