There are few reasons you are not able to log into your
account.
1. Your username and/or
password is incorrect.

2. You do not have an account. Register an account.
3. Your browser is caching old copies of the
web pages. To solve this, after you have log in using your username and
password, press 'F5' or click 'Refresh' button on your
browser a few times.
4. Your browser is not
accepting cookies.

To join new trade networks, simply log into your account, and
My Trade Networks.
Alternatively, you can also go
to the trade networks you wish to participate. Click onto the 'Join This Trade Network' link.

Why do I
have to sign into my account again after some time?
As an added security, you will be
automatically logged off if you stay 'inactive' in
Exporters.SG for about 20 mins. When we say 'inactive', it
means not accessing Exporters.SG. This is required so that no
one can use your account if you leave your computer unattended.

The amount of time
it takes
to receive these emails depends on the traffic of the messages
queue. However, if you have not receive them over 24 hours,
check these:

Make sure that emails from Exporters.SG are excluded from
your filter.
