How To Identify Better Sellers

To identify better sellers, see their Trust Profiles for these information:

  • Member Authentication

    • Check if the seller is authenticated and verified. Members who are authenticated and verified are independently checked by our partner(s) for legal existence and contact person verification.

    • If the seller is not authenticated, ask him to be checked.

    • You can also do a check with the business registrar in the seller's country.

    • To ensure you can contact the seller, call the seller directly through phone numbers provided in his member's profile.

  • Bank Information

    • You can request for a copy of the seller's bank information. The bank information contains the seller's bank name and contact numbers and you can contact the bank for more information about the seller.

  • Credit Reports

    • You can see the list of Credit Rating Agencies that provide credit reports on this seller. Click the link to visit these Credit Rating Agencies to purchase reports on the seller.

  • Trade Dispute history

    • This shows you the trade disputes this seller has with other members. You can see the type of product involved, date filed and status of the each dispute.

    • Contact these members to understand about their disputes. This helps you to know the seller better.

  • Who Trust him

    • Under Trust Networks, you can see who trusted this seller, and whom he trusted. Contact them and ask questions.

  • Be Careful When Offer Sounds Too Good To Be True
When a seller offers you a product that is way below the market prices, you need to be careful. Such offers might be fake to attract your attention. Use RFQ Directory to research on market prices on products to give an indication what would be a reasonable price.
