  • Print transaction agreement between the seller with details on product description, quantity, price, etc. You can print it, signed and use it as a contract with the seller.

  • Rate the seller performance after the transaction. This rating will be shown publicly on the seller's Trust Profile.

  • File a case if you have a dispute. See the next point.

  • File a case on the seller and provide your views on what are the issues and how they can be resolved.

  • Negotiate online with the seller to resolve issues.

  • Your case will be displayed in the seller's Trust Profile. This provides an incentive for the seller to resolve your dispute as soon as possible.
