- Contact the other party to see if an
agreement can be reached.
- You can use
My Disputes to negotiate online.
- If not agreement is reached and you
are the buyer, contact your payment service provider (e.g. your bank,
credit card company) you have used to transfer money to dispute the payment.
- Make a report to your local law
enforcement body.
- File a complaint with the
Internet Fraud Complaint Center.
- Seek legal advice on your case.
- Make a report to us to protect our
members against future fraud.
