  • You can initiate a sale transaction using My Transactions.

  • Sell safely using escrow.com service.

  • Print transaction agreement between the buyer with details on product description, quantity, price, etc. You can print it, signed and use it as a contract with the buyer.

  • Rate the buyer performance after the transaction. This rating will be shown publicly on the buyer's Trust Profile.

  • File a case if you have a dispute. See the next point.

• My Disputes

  • File a case on the buyer and provide your views on what are the issues and how they can be resolved.

  • Negotiate online with the buyer to resolve issues.

  • Your case will be displayed in the buyer's Trust Profile. This provides an incentive for the buyer to resolve your dispute as soon as possible.
