What is Trust Points^®?
Trust Points^® is our quantitative way to determine if a member is a good business partner in Exporters.SG.

How does the Trust Points^® work?
Trust Points^® relies on Trust Profile to calculate how many points to be awarded to a member. Each member has a Trust Profile.

A member's Trust Points^® are calculated based on these factors:

How Trust Points Are Calculated	Points Awarded
Authentication & Verification If this member is authenticated and verified	10 points awarded
Bank Information If this member has submitted Bank Information (This member must be authenticated)	5 points awarded
Award and Certification For every awards or certifications accepted by Exporters.SG (This member must be authenticated)	2 points awarded, up to max 10 points
Trust Network For every AV member who added this member into their trust networks	1 point awarded, up to max 10 points
Reviews For every 12 rating points or more awarded in each review. See more about Reviews	1 point awarded from most recent unique member's rating

For example, if your company has been authenticated & verified (add 10 points), you have 5 AV members who added you into their trust networks (add 5 points),  your Trust Points^® will be:  10+5 = 15 Trust Points^®.

What is Trust Points^® Rating?
For every 10 Trust Points^® received, a star is displayed in the Member Profile.

Trust Points®	Trust Points® Rating - Description
0	not rated
10 and above	- Good
20 and above	- Very Good
30 and above	- Well Done
40 and above	- Great
50 and above	- Excellent!

Why is Trust Points^® useful?
Trust Points^® allow other members to evaluate how good a business partner you are.

What does Trust Points^® not do?
As Trust Points^® are calculated based on the above-mentioned factors which changes over time, Trust Points^® will change too. Also, Trust Points^® can be used as a reference but it does not provide any form of guarantee on any member's trust-worthiness.

Where can I see a member's Trust Points^®?
You can see a member's Trust Points^® in his member profile and trust profile. A breakdown on how his Trust Points^® are calculated is also shown in his trust profile.

Where can I see my Trust Points^® and how do I improve my Trust Points?
You can see your Trust Points^® in Trust Profile.

To improve your Trust Points^®:

1. Authenticate and verify your company
2. Submit your company Bank Information
3. Submit awards and certifications received by your company
4. Build up your Trust Network of members you trust, and get them to trust you.
5. Submit Reviews and get other members to review your performance as well.
