Packing: Bulk or bagged (buyer’s choice)
Origin: Middle East. Seller supplies DAP from Iran/Saudi Arabia
Grade: Tailor-made grade suitable to buyer.
Price: On request- per metric ton C&F Any Safe World Port
Contract Term: Eleven (11)/months consecutively, fairly spread.
Condition: CFR (C&F) Prompt
Shipment: Seller’s Vessel, liner terms . Inspector a load port.
Payment: ICC Documentary Letter of Credit, irrevocable, confirmed by European Bank.
Documents: Standard (incl Letter of Indemnity), to be presented at seller’s bank
counter.
Deposits: Refundable, deductible from Letter of Credit (or upon agreement)
Remarks: Seller is large Company and they only deal with credible buyers. They will
give allocation for only 48 hours. During this period Security Deposit (SBF) needs to be paid to
seal the business deal.
Procedure: Seller work with his own procedure, which is non-negotiable.
