QUANTITY: to be decided after a successful trial order of 50 tons abt., any case it will be minimum 1.000 tons/month (12 months contract) INCOTERMS : CIFDU (CIF + Duty Unpaid) DELIVERY : Genova port or Napoli port / Italy PRICE : LME-3% PRICING : the lowest average LME price of the day of issuing SGS certificate at the arrival port. INSPECTION: SGS or other surveillance company paid by buyer at the arrival port for both the quality and quantity. PAYMENT : DLC at sight, irrevocable, not confirmed, not transferable, not divisible, payable against Ocean Bill of Lading, invoices, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of no radioactivity, inspection report at the arrival of the goods and other usual documents normally requested by a standard L/C. The seller send a 2% PB not operative that becomes operative against operative DLC opened by the customer. The DLC will be negotiable on the issuing Bank.
