Additional Information:
Need to buy: 600,000 tons of DRY CLOVER for animal feed. PERIOD OF DELIVERY 12 months (about 50,000 tons per month). PYSICAL SPECIFICATIONS Goods are to be packed in Bonds. Specifications of Bonds must comply with the following conditions: - Weight of Bond: The weight of Bond can be either in 175, 200, OR 250 KGS. However, the Suppliers shall have to determine only one weight that is suitable for them, and accordingly they shall be committed to provide the same weight they have selected at all times along the stated period of Delivery (12 months). - Shape of Bond: either in Rolls or in Cubic shape shall be accepted. ANALYTIC CONDITIONS Protein Ratio: must be 16% of the total dry weight. PAYMENT Payments shall be settled against an Irrevocable, Partial Allowed, and Confirmed Documentary Letter of Credit. SHIPPING METHOD By Sea way. Certificates: Suppliers must provide Authenticated Certificates of Analysis from a Global Neutral Laboratory, and to be attached with the shipping documents of the goods. Test Analysis: For Test Analysis purposes; Random samples shall be taken from the goods at the seaport of destination. The results of this analysis must conform to the Analytic Conditions hereto, as well as the attached Certificates of Analysis. Deviation can be accepted for only -/+ 10% of the total ratio at the latest. Deviations that exceed this ratio shall not be accepted.
