60,000MT X 12 MONTHS. Seller will be responsible for 2% PB and $5.00 per MT commission payable to AGMT LLC. As agent, we will deposit 2% of the $5.00 commission in seller's PB, and we pay for sellers trip to sign the contract. L/C issued by buyer's bank will be NON-TRANSFERIBAL, nonirrocable, confirmed, so don't waste our time if you don't already have a seller. For that reason, we will not provide LOI nor BCL, if you are a direct mandate for the seller, contact us, we pay for your trip.
