For Gold Dust Procedure: • Seller issues signed FCO. • Buyer returns signed LOI indicating acceptance. • Seller issues/delivers to Buyer a signed Purchase and Sale Agreement; • Seller supplies to Buyer evidence of legal ownership, current Assay Report, bank statement and/or any other documentation; • On successful verification of the documentation identified in clause (d) the Buyer will arrange with its institution an acceptable Payment Guarantee for the full contract value. • Seller commences delivery to refinery as per mutually agreed upon schedule; • Buyer remits payment by SWIFT to Seller’s bank; • Transaction repeats as often and as frequently as Seller is able. There is also option we can take your gold dust in our bank in Ghana as long you have PMMC make Dore bars from your dust which you would then take to our bank in Ghana and get paid on the spot. But you must have all proper documentation for export otherwise bank will not accept your gold. GLD Gold procedures: Seller issues signed FCO. Buyer returns signed FCO indicating his acceptance. Seller issues/ deliver to Buyer a signed Purchase and Sales Agreement. Seller supplies to Buyer evidence of legal ownership, current Assay Report, bank statement and/or any other acceptable documentation Upon acceptance and verification of the document as indicated in clause [4] the Buyer will provide financial documents indicating funds for the purchase are available and on standby for the said transaction. Buyer and Seller lodge contracts with their respective banks. Seller’s bank will SWIFT to Buyer’s bank confirming the existence and transferability of merchandise. Buyer’s bank will respond with confirmation of payment. Transaction is completed on a bank-to-bank basis.
