Delivery: 30days after issued the L/C by buyer. 8. Price: Competitive Price 9. Type of payment: the buying party should make out L/C to the selling party. The term of validity is 60 days or the circulating L/C. After receiving L/C, within five working days the selling party should make out the negotiable PLC of 2% of the total goods money to the buying party’s bank. 10. Acceptance inspection: After the goods reaching the port, upon the check and acceptance of SGS and according with the quality requirement, then the L/C may be settled in foreign exchange.
