Target Price: USD $ 80 Gross / $ 74 Net FOB Rotterdam
PROCEDURES REQUESTED BY BUYER:
1.Seller issues official SCO. Buyer sends LOI with bank details.
2.Seller sends FCO to Buyer to be sign, seal and return.
3.Seller sends draft contract to Buyer.
4.Buyer and Seller signs & seals contract to confirm with electronic signature. Contracts are to be lodged into both Buyer's and Seller's banks.
5.Seller provides Partial POP in form of Tank Receipt, SGS report, DIP Test Authorization and Commercial Invoice for the immediately lift the goods. The DIP Test Authorization has to be Addressed to End Buyer Company.
6.Upon successful execution DIP Test Buyer's bank issues MT103/23 for the immediately Lift able Conditioned on shipping guarantee for the subsequent lifts.
7.Seller's bank issues Full POP and 2% Performance Bond to Buyer's Bank. DLC Becomes Operative.
8.Delivery commence as per the contract schedule.
The Seller will provide the following documents as Full POP:
1)Copy of license to export, issued by the department of the ministry of energy.
2)Copy of license issued by the Ministry of Justice.
3)Copy of the product pass port/certificate.
4)Copy of statement of availability of the product.
5)Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product.
6)Copy of Transneft contract to transport the product to the port.
7)Copy of the port storage agreement.
8)Copy of the charter party agreement(s) to transport the product to discharge Port.
