We will pro-rate remaining unused potion of your Exporters Plus membership and extend your Exporters Premium membership.
How do I feature my products?
All your products will be featured automatically. Note that only products with pictures can be featured.
When will my Trust Points and Ratings be updated?
Once your account is upgraded to Exporters Premium, our system will re-calculate your Trust Points and update your ranking within 1-2 days.

How do I broadcast messages to other members in a specific category?
To broadcast your message, simply go to the
specific category you are interested and click
broadcast button in the category page.
When can I start using my Exporters Premium account after I pay?
Once payment approved, your account will be upgraded within 24 hours.
