Exporters.SG respects copyright, trademarks, and all intellectual property rights. If you believe a listing on our platform infringes your IP, you can submit a formal notice and we will review, notify the seller, and remove the infringing content.
All trademarks, logos and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Their use in Exporters.SG is for identification and informational purposes only and does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.
Our Commitment to Intellectual Property Rights
Exporters.SG is committed to providing a trustworthy B2B marketplace. We take intellectual property (IP) infringement seriously and have a clear process for rights holders - or their authorised representatives - to report violations and request removal of infringing listings.
This policy covers:
- Copyright - original creative or commercial works protected by copyright law.
- Trademarks - registered brand names, logos, and trade marks.
- Other IP rights - patents, design rights, and other recognised intellectual property.
How to Submit an IP Infringement Notice
To file a valid infringement claim, please provide all three of the following when you
contact us:

Authorisation from the IP rights holder
Provide a copy of the document authorising you to act on behalf of the rights holder — for example, a power of attorney or an official letter of authorisation. If you are the rights holder, state this clearly in your submission.

Proof of intellectual property ownership
Supply evidence that establishes ownership of the IP in question. This may include a trademark registration certificate, copyright registration, patent documentation, or equivalent official proof of ownership.

A list of infringing URLs and seller names
Provide a table identifying each specific listing URL on Exporters.SG that you believe infringes your rights, together with the corresponding seller name. Use the format below:

Tip: Please list every infringing URL individually. Vague or incomplete submissions may delay the review process. Identifying the exact product listing URLs helps us act quickly and accurately.
What Happens After You Submit
Once we receive a complete and valid IP infringement notice, Exporters.SG will review the claim, notify the relevant seller(s), and remove the infringing listing(s) from the platform.
The review process involves verifying the documentation you have submitted and assessing whether the listed content constitutes a genuine IP violation. Incomplete submissions — missing authorisation, ownership proof, or the URL table — may not be actioned until the required information is provided.
