It is prepared from Whole wheat added with salt.It is a vert tasty crispy,traditional and a peculier salty snack.It is extruded snack.On deep frying it will expand and automatically come up on the upper part of edible oil.It has to be removed from the pan immediately to maintain its white colour and crispy taste.
