It is made using only tree wormwood, Florentine fennel, anis, and angelica seeds as well as a few little secrets to make the perfect Absinthe. The herbs are soaked, distilled and mercerised twice (with only the center of the distillate being used). It colored exclusively with natural herbs. Absinthe Montmartre is made the same way it was made when Toulouse Lautrec lived and it is produced the “French Way”.
