We will issue a draft contract up front directly to the buyer. Once price, terms and conditions are agreed upon, we issue final contract signed by seller (WE ARE THE SELLER OF RECORD). Once signed and returned by buyer, then both buyer/seller instruct their respective banks for simultaneous exchange of operative financial instrument and warehouse receipts.

Based on current availability of vessels in harbor (this can change at any time), we can schedule and begin loading first vessel within 48-72 hours.
