I have SLCO direct from ARAMCO. A 12 month contract allocation for 25 million bbls of Saudi Light with rollover and extentions. LOI and BCL are all that is needed to gain contract from ARAMCO. The procedure is pretty simple. First, buyer submits LOI and bank comfort letter, then they will get POP and a contract directly from ARAMCO with an allocation number (same as POP).
