Working Procedure

1. Buyer sends LOI (as our template)
2. Seller sends FCO / draft contract
3. Buyer reviews and set amendments (if necessary)
4. Seller and Buyer meet and sign the contract (final hard copy)
5. Buyer issues Non-operative, Irrevocable, Transferable LC payable at sight (discharge port)
6. Seller starts loading the products, and issues SGS, OBL to Buyer’s Banks
7. Seller carries the shipment till discharge port & issues SGS (discharge port) to Buyer's Bank
8. Buyer Bank releases the LC to Seller Bank
9. Deal closed
