PROCEDURES
1. Buyer issues ICPO with his full Banking details to the Seller.(soft probe) and NCNDA
2. Seller issues a Draft Contract for the Buyer´s review, after terms are agreed, Buyer and Seller, signs the Contract.
3. A Proforma Invoice per Vessel including Vessel Name, IMO, and TONS for 100% of each shipment value will be made by the Seller to the Buyer.
4. Buyer issues non operative MT103/23 payment instrument to seller.
5. The Seller provides the Proof of Product (BL and SGS) through his bank to the Buyer bank.
6.Vessels arrived, check, confirm and turn operative MT103/23
