SHIPMENT: To be determined by customer (at least 1 per month)
INSPECTION: Quality and weight by SGS or equivalent certified agency, at seller´s cost, at loading port.
SPECIAL TERMS: Claims will not be accepted once SGS certifies the weight and quality of the product.
PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% (two percent) of contract total amount is to be paid by the seller.
DOCUMENTATION: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Health Certificate (Chinese/ English), Certificate of Origin (English).
