We, JURIDICAL COMPANY "SULIMOVSKIY & Co", representing interests of the Seller (Mandate), inform you, that the Seller is ready and wishes, to make delivery of the goods ordered by you in full, on below resulted conditions:

The buyer can, if wishes, to be present at vessel loading.
The first delivery = 45 days, the subsequent deliveries = 30 days
Payment:80 % - an advance payment under Bank Guarantee (VTB) .
20 % - the consignment (BL), FOB
Price:$300/MT
Inspection:SGS at sellers cost at loading port
Procedure:
1. Buyer submits LOI
2. Seller issues FCO
3. Buyer returns signed and stamped FCO + BCL.
4. Seller issues Contract and coordinates and signs on E-mail.
5. Buyer and Seller sign and exchange contracts (DHL).
6. Buyer Bank provides pre advice (RWA) - Seller Bank provides the letter of Bank on presence the POP.
NOTE: 1) Before a direction of documents of the order, I ask to specify a reality of the prices.
2) If the Buyer CAN not or DOES NOT WANT to let out BCL, I ask to not enter polemic and discussions on a question of purchase of the goods.
