The value of one (1) month in Stand By Letter of Credit (SBLC) irrevocable
to be operative for 14 month and 20 days from the date of issue, or BG
(Bank Guarantee) to be operative for 12 months and 1 day from the
date of issue, in based on a 12 month contract, and payable by
shipments of de last month. Payment for each shipment shall be
effected by TELEX TRANSFER (TT) via swift or Auto Revoving Documentary
Letter of Credit (ARDLC), all transferable, divisible, irrevocable.
