JASH range of products also includes Cast Iron T-Slotted Bed Plates also known as Floor Plates, Assembly Plates, Base Plates etc, used for clamping, assembly, testing, fabrication etc

Depending upon overall size of the bed plate the uniform loading capacity could be minimum 1 Ton / m2 surface area to as large as 75 Tons/m2 surface area. However, the most popular are 5 tons/m2 and 10 tons/m2 loads per meter square surface area.

The above mentioned products are offered in standard sizes as well as special sizes upon request in different accuracy grades according to National & International standards, which makes the product best suited for intended use.

The complete manufacturing from designing, pattern making, pouring of metal, machining, stress relieving, hand scraping and inspection are done in house.
