1. H& C Special Grade Chocolate

Usage: for trimming, modeling, molding, cake decorating, bread filling and heavy butter cake making, able to be mixed with H &C High Grade Chocolate as a flavor to be applied on various chocolate products. It can be eaten directly as confectionery.
Flavor: dark, milk(black), white chocolate, lemon, yogurt, strawberry, coffee, mango, orange and mint.

2. H & C High Grade Chocolate

Usage: especially designed for coating on bread snacks, premium cakes, cracker and nuts. It is able to be mixed with Chocolate Paste to adjust softness to make chocolate Glaze. Low melting point with fine and unique taste. It can be eaten directly as confectionery.
Flavor: milk (black), white chocolate, lemon, yogurt, strawberry, coffee, honeydew melon.
