AGI Grade (better than HR or CR) Coils for Steel Pipe making for Oil and Gas Industry. Owner purchased this in 2004 but could not use it. Coils has a fine film of rust (due to zero moisture in UAE), and being 17.8mm (more than 0.6 inches) thick, this is superficial.
