TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices are not negotiable so please don’t ask for cheap bargain prices.
Letters of Credit issued from Chinese banks must be paid through either Hong Kong or Singapore.
Visits to the mine will be allowed after contract signing.
If the inspection is un-satisfactory, then the contract is null and void.
Payment is 100% at the port of loading in accordance with Incoterms and UCP600.
Performance bond of 2% MAX offered against issuance of a compliant letter or credit
Buyer should verify discharge port capacity and rate.
Price to be reviewed every 3 months
