3. Seller forwards Draft-contract signed sealed after receiving of Signed FCO from
Buyer.
4. Contract are agreed upon hard copies signed & exchanged via DHL, mail, Fax
(Buyer's choice)
5. POP vs POF made via swift MT 799 Bank to Bank.
6. Buyer opens a non-operative L/C for seller's bank
7. Seller activates the non-operative L/C by issuing 2% PB
8. Delivery begins as per schedule of shipments in contract agreed between the
Buyer/Seller until completion of the contracted quantity
