Payment details: We accept as payment methods Paypal and bank transfer. When the customer places an order, we send a pro-forma invoice by e-mail in PDF format. Once the customer confirms the purchase order and payment is received through any of the accepted payment methods, the order is immediately dispatched and we send the final invoice to the customer.

Return Policy: Returns are accepted if the customer does not get satisfied with the received products. All we ask is that the customer returns the item within 10 days after the order is received and in the same conditions as when dispatched (unused and in their original packaging). Except for those cases where an item proves to be faulty or incorrectly described, where a new delivery will me made or the invoice will be refunded after the customer decision, return postage expenses are not refunded.

Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of payment (Monday – Friday). Most orders will be dispatched the same day if payment is received before 2 p.m. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Delivery Term: The order delivery term is from 5 to 7 working days.
