1. Buyer issues ICPO + BCL from a TOP50 Bank or mentioning the Top 50 correspondent Bank of its own bank (i.e Top 50 corresondant Bank of Emirates NDB + NCNDA/IMPFA dated, signed and sealed.

2. Seller’s Mandate issues Draft Contract and Buyer returns Signed Contract to Seller’s Mandate

3. Seller’s Mandate issues Performa Invoice to Buyer and Buyer returns it dated, signed and sealed.

4. Seller presents POP + Original Signed Contract via swift bank to bank***

5. Buyer issues Payment instrument non opérative MT 103/23

6. Seller issues B/L, Shipping Documents, SGS, Insurance, Certificate

7. Buyer operative MT 103/23 Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible, Assignable, Confirmed, At Sight TO SELLER and sold.

8. Delivery within 18 days Dubai


*** Or Buyer issues MT 103 /23 non operative and Buyer will issue Performance Bond Guarantee of 1%.
