THE NOTE:
Brown coal (lignite) - the firm fossil coal formed of peat, contains 65-70 % of
carbon, has brown color, youngest of fossil coals. It is used as local fuel, and also
as chemical raw materials.
Also from brown coal illuminating gas is extracted. Dry distillation from many brown
coals, in particular so-called =Schwehlkohle= Saxony and Silesia, extracts paraffin,
carbolic acid, creosote and to that similar products.

Contract Period One Year (12 Months)

Delivery FOB, port Nikolayev or Kherson , Black sea, Ukraine.

The buyer can, if wishes, to be present at vessel loading.

Payment The irrevocable, not translated, confirmed Letter of credit,
Filled with the Buyer on a monthly consignment of goods,
Opened under delivery documents;
Price FOB = $ 42/mt;
DAP = € 35/mt
Inspection SGS at sellers cost at loading port
Procedure:
1. Buyer submits LOI
2. Seller issues FCO
3. Buyer returns signed and stamped FCO + BCL.
4. Seller issues Contract and coordinates and signs on E-mail.
5. Buyer and Seller sign and exchange contracts (DHL)
or Goods survey in a warehouse and Contract signing at office of the Seller.
6. Buyer Bank provides pre advice (RWA) - Seller Bank provides the letter of Bank on
presence the POP.
