Payment terms 1 BG or SBLC (kept in buyer' bank) for duration of 4 -months with price review 3-months

OR
1 BG or SBLC (kept in buyer' bank) for duration of 12 -months with price review 12-months

Plus DLC (ICC UCP 600) or MT 103/23 or T/T.

PB on contract only of 2% opened after buyer financial instrument. Transferable LC add $5.00 per ton for non-transferable LC.

Buyer or his representative is invited (Buyer's expense) to visit site after signing of contract via internet or courier and POF. All original copies document will be at office in presence of attorney's etc.

All 100% payment over rail (incoterms 2010) at port of loading with presentation of certificates of independent international surveyors SGS, CCIC, etc.
