Procedures:
1. Seller issues SCO (This document}.lf acceptable buyer issues ICPO with Full banking details.
2. Seller issues FCO, Buyer signs/seals FCO and sends back to seller.
3. Seller sends the draft contract to buyer's review and/or amends, buyer signs/seals the contract and return
to seller who in tum sign/seal and send copy to buyer.
4. Seller submits to buyer POP (to be discussed of means that are acceptable by the buyer).
5. Buyer opens operative and confirmed DLC to Seller's bank.
6. Seller puts up 2% Performance Bond of L/C value as to agreed terms between Seiler & Buyer.
7. Shipment commences as to pre-agreed schedules.
