- Thickness: 0.5mm to 3mm.

- Remaining moisture: under 18%.

- Grade: 90% A, 10% B per cubic meter.

2. 2 2. Fancy face layer for plywood from: Sapele (Entandrophragma cylindricum),
Paulownia and Keruing. Dimension: 1270mm x 2520mm, thickness from 0.2mm to 0.5mm.

3. Industrial plywood (film faced plywood)


Face layer: Brown film, net weight 120G/M2, Finland brand, made from Malaysia.
Core layers: hardwood acacia or Eucalyptus
Glue: waterproof Melamine or Phenolic E1, MR, WBP
Dimesnion: 1220 * 2440mm, 915*1830mm, 1250*2500mm
Thickness: 12mm -18mm
Moisture: < 12%
Thickness tolerance: +/- 0,5mm
The production include three stages of pressing: Press press (400 tons), hot press
(600 tons), film press(500 tons).
Avarage net weight: 680kg/m3

4. Indoor plywood
1. Face layer: Sapele, Paulownia and Keruing grade AA, AB, BB.

2. Core layers: Eucalyptus or Acacia (hardwood), absolutely no gaps within the
layers

3. Glue: Ure Formaldehyd

4. Dimension: 1220*2440mm, 915*1830mm, 1250*2500mm

5. Thickness: 3mm to 30mm

6. Moisture: < 15%

7. Thickness tolerance: +/-0,5mm

8. Production includes two stages of pressing: pre-press (400 tons), Hot press
(600 tons)

9. All face layers of products are polished

10. Face veneer is upon customer request.
