QUANTITY : 25,000 MT Monthly Shipment for one year contract,
DELIVERY TERMS: FOB JNPT Mumbai / Chennai / Kakinada, First shipment shall be within
35-40 days (+ / - 5 days) from the date of receipt of confirmed LC at Seller’s office
and thereafter on monthly basis 25,000 Metric Ton.

7. PAYMENT: Irrevocable confirmed, Auto-revolving Letter of Credit at sight issued by
Top World Prime Bank.

INSPECTION: Quality, quantity and weight by SGS as Seller’s cost at vessel loading
point, and shall be binding on both the parties. If the Buyer desires can have
additional Inspection at his own cost.

10. Revision in Prices: The prices shall be revised after every Three (3) shipment
depending upon the market conditions.
13. The Seller shall issue the following certificates / documents

a) Certificate of Origin
b) Pythosanitary certificate
c) Fumigation Certificate
d) Radiation Certificate
e) Any other relevant certificate as required by the European and African
regulations.
f) SGS Certificate at the port of Loading
