Delivery: Shipment 50.000 Mt x12 Months (+-5%)

6.INSPECTION : S.G.S Inspection for Quality and Quantity Service at Seller’s Cost
shall inspect the Commodity at Place of Loading.

7.INSURANCY : The Seller shall provide insurance at his sole expense and
responsibility. Insurance shall cover all risks for one hundred and ten percent
(110%), and shall be class “A” as defined by the ICC (International Chamber of
Commerce). Insurance shall be in favor of the Buyer.
