Payment Terms: Letter of Credit, or CAD at TTM, or via URC-522.
- With LC as payment, Buyer could use their own Bank to originate the
Non-transferable LC. 2% PB is provided. LC issued directly to Seller,
No advising bank. Succeeding deliveries (month 2 to 12) could be under
standard LC at sight terms with no fees.
- With LC as payment, If Buyer has an account with JP Morgan Chase
and the LC originates and issued from JPMorgan Chase N.Y., there will
be no Documentary fee. 2% PB is provided. LC issued directly to Seller,
No advising bank. Succeeding deliveries (month 2 to 12) could be under
standard LC at sight terms with no fees. Buyer could use another bank
besides JPMorgan Chase.
