TARGET elevating Tablet De-Duster look great next to any tablet press and has performance to match. This Tablet and Capsule deduster is upward conveying and de-dusting is achieved through vibration. The tablets are pushed by adjustable vibration up long perforated stainless steel tray to shake off the dust and ensure that downstream processes work as efficiently as intended. We use the latest design and manufacturing techniques which allows us to build a Deduster that is second to non. Plus this is a truly low tool machine to operate and clean while operation. All contact materials are of Stainless Steel 316 Grade and non contact parts of Stainless Steel 304 Grade and cover is made of acrylic. Vacuum nozzles are provided to remove dust. The dust is finally removed through the central tube. With adjustable inlet and outlet the unit interfaces with both tablet press and metal detector.
