SUMMARY
- The buyer prepare and sends an IPCO (irrevocable purchase corporate offer) to the seller along with a complete full corporate profile.
- The seller: sends the DRAFT CONTRACT (SPA) to be completed and signed by the buyer, and the seller.
- The buyer issues the irrevocable , intrasferrible DLC to view and confirmed
- Banking accounts will be supplied once both parties are in total agreement.
- The buyer; can send an authorized person to check with the seller the entire operation, (if he considers it desirable).
- Financial instrument will be released once SGS inspector and representative of buyer survey and confirm shipment on board of the Bulk
carrier in the load port prior departure.
