As well as, Sliced veneer, Lamella wood, etc. - Our wood species: These goods are made from: a) Balsam of Tolu/Santo Mahogany (Myroxylon balsamum): This wood has a good and pleasant scent. b) Brazilian Hickory (Patagonula americana): It's suggested as a substitute for black walnut is dark brown to almost black on exposure, often with darker streaks. It is very similar to American Black Walnut concerning to the color and the design of the veins. c) Brazilian Ebony (Caesalpinia paraguariensis): It is very similar to American Black Walnut concerning to the color and the design of the veins. d) Fustic Mulberry (Chlorophora tinctoria): It contains the dye, maclurin, long used as a yellowish-brown or khaki dye. e) Patagonian Rosewood / Kurupay (Piptadenia macrocarpa).
