Up on Shipping documents Completion  , Buyer pays By TT
Vessel leaves the Port To buyer’s Designation .
For continuation Buyer Issue BG AS Guaranty and Each Loads Repeat the
Same

Kindly Note There will be a Penalty clause In PCI & SPA in case if Buyer
fails the laycan 10 % cargo value buyer obliged to pay.
