· The sale procedure is as follows:
· Buyer issues LOI (Letter of Intent) to the Seller.
· Seller send price offer, if buyer accept it, the Seller issues the SCO (Soft Corporate Offer).
· Buyer accept SCO and send the Buyer an ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) and BCL (Bank's Confirmation Letter).
· Seller receives ICPO and issues Sale Contract.
· Buyer sign & stamp the sale contract and return, Seller sign & stamp the sale contract and contract becomes active and legal.
· Buyer should provide LC\SBLC within 10 business days from the date of Contract signed.
· Once Seller receive the LC, Seller start to work on buyer’s order.
· After loading the Sugar, Seller send all shipping documents to buyer’s bank.
· Buyer’s bank verifies the shipment docs (1-2 business days) and release the Funds to the Seller’s Bank.
