Paprika or chili paprika is a red-colored powdered condiment with a characteristic
flavor obtained from the drying and grinding of the best small and healthy fruits to
obtain a sweet paprika with a good aroma. According to the client's requirement we
make the mixtures. That is, according to the degree of antler that we are required
from 60 to 180 antlers. It is the fundamental of typical Spanish dishes, such as Rioja-
style potatoes, Galician-style octopus, patatas bravas, chorizo ​​and numerous dishes
of international cuisine.

Our whole pod paprika is selected through our machines and cleaned with seeds to
give it its natural shine. It is captured from the Barranca and Arequipa areas, only the
best fruits are boxed according to their size for commercialization.
