and the capacitive load ozone generator is dedicated to high-power medium and high-
frequency inverter power supply technology. Part or all of the ozone generator, gas source
device, contact reaction device, exhaust gas treatment device, monitoring and control
instrument and other equipment are combined into an ozone system.
