Sugar cane is a renewable raw material without trees, so it is superior to other types of fuel.
Sugarcane bagasse pellets have a high calorific value of 3400-4200 kcal and low ash
content. A smart choice for fuel. Palletization facilitates storage of sugarcane bagasse for
use as fuel or for year-round power generation. In this study, we determine the
thermochemical properties of bagasse pellets of different sizes and origins using different
temperatures and gas flow rates at different oxygen concentrations in mixtures with
nitrogen.
