PROCEDURES:
1. The Buyer sends the LOI.
2. The Seller sends the FCO.
3. The buyer accepts the FCO and
issues the Irrevocable Confirmed
Purchase Order (ICPO) along with
their
Bank Coordinates.
4. The Buyer & Seller signs the Seller
Purchase Agreement (SPA) based
on the business terms and
conditions
agreed between the buyer and the
seller via email & express courier
based on the FCO & ICPO within 8-12
working days.
5. After the completion of the
signing the SPA, the Seller sends the
Proforma Invoice for the AGREED
quantity
at the value agreed between the
buyer and the seller as per FCO &
ICPO to enable the buyer to open &
release the INSTRUMENTS as per
the FCO & ICPO as agreed between
the Buyer & Seller from their Bank
to our Bank.
6. Buyer�s Bank will issue an
activated INSTRUMENTS
7. If the seller or Seller�s Bank
want to
have the confirmation of the
INSTRUMENTS
8. After the receipt of INSTRUMENTS
received and accepted by the
Seller�s Bank, the shipment
commences
as per the SPA.
9. The Buyer confirms that the said
funds are good, clean, cleared,
unencumbered, legitimately earned
and of
non-criminal origin.
10. After the last lot of shipment to
complete the quantity agreed per
month is made, the INSTRUMENTS
will be revolved automatically for the
next quantity requirement AS PER
AGREED QTY per month and so on.
