SUMAN Double Blade Sigma Mixers are heavy duty mixing machines to effectively combine
all liquid, powder or solid constituents of a soap/detergent recipes with speed and
effectiveness. SUMAN offer a range of blade designs for natural or synthetic, toilet or
laundry soap as either noodle, flake or ribbon. The machine can be either bottom discharge
or tilting type.

SUMAN offer a range of mixers which are carefully designed for specific applications and
taking into account the bulk density, flow properties and mixing characteristics of the
formula.
By a careful manipulation of blade design, body length and width, blade speed and
materials of construction, we can manufacture other types of mixers which will combine
standard formulate in the minimum of time.

Particular attention is paid to input horsepower so that machines can start under full load
without difficulty but, equally, will not smash the particles of the raw material.
