CIF TRANSACTION PROCEDURE
1. Buyer issues ICPO, along with any form of IDENTIFICATION (preferably international
passport).
2. Seller issues commercial invoice, Buyer sign and return commercial invoice along
with a letter of commitment that they are willing and able to complete the
transaction without changing sellers� procedures.
3. Seller issues to Buyer the below FIRST POP Documents:
1. 3.1 Title Holder Certificate.
2. 3.2 Commitment / Readiness of sales.
3. 3.3 Confirmation of Product Availability with the TANK GPS.
4. Upon satisfactory of the above FIRST POP documents, Buyer issue a DLC MT700
within 3 days to enable the seller secure the product allocation under the buyer�s
company name.
5. Upon satisfactory of the received DLC MT700 from the Buyer, Seller pays to the
shipping company for transporting of the product to buyer�s final discharge port,
Seller will then issues to Buyer Full Partial POP Documents:
5.1) Copy of license to export, issued by the department of the Ministry of Energy.
5.2) Copy of Approval to Export, issued by the Ministry of Justice.
5.3) Copy of statement of availability of the product.
5.4) Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product.
5.5) Copy of Transnet contract to transport the product to the loading port.
5.6) Copy of the port storage agreement.
5.7) Copy of the charter party agreement to transport the product to discharge port.

5.8) Copy of Vessel Questionnaire 88.
5.9) Copy of Bill of Lading.
5.10) SGS Report at loading port.
5.11) Dip test Authorization (DTA) & ATB
5.12) NOR /ETA
5.13) Certificate of Ownership Transfer
5.14) Allocation Transaction Passport Code Certificate (ATPCC) by Ministry of Energy

** (NOTE: If the buyer fails to issue a DLC MT700 according to point .4, the seller will
instruct his
Lawyer to send a letter of termination for both parties to sign for the ending and
cancelation
of transaction). **
