1. Wide application range and easy to clean. The membrane material of the products is PVDF,
which has strong
chemical resistance and a very wide application range. The modules can be cleaned online
or offline in a timely
manner during the filtration process.
2. Low energy consumption and high efficiency. There is 10 square meters of hollow fiber
membrane contained in
a space of approximately 0.02 cubic meters. The membrane modules are immersed in water
and can maintain a
high flux under a low pressure of 0.05 Pa, so the energy consumption is very low.
3. High filtration precision and no broken filaments. The used hollow fibers have uniform
small holes smaller than
0.05 μm, which can remove microorganisms, colloids, algae, and other substances that
cause turbidity. And due
to the hybridization of TiO₂, the tensile resistance of the membrane filaments is much
stronger than that of
ordinary PVDF membranes.
